Default Values
Manage the default values used in drop-down lists throughout the system to speed up the process of entering new comps, and to assure accurate searches and sorting when finding and reporting comp properties.
- All default values shown by type on the Defaults Console screen
- Quickly sort and choose a record to edit or remove

Backup and Security
Our website, applications, database, and media (photos and videos) are hosted by Newcastle Technology Advisors at one of the very highest rated and most secure hosting facilities in the world. Access to the servers is only available after numerous security checks, and virtual access to the servers is available only through multiple firewalls and security systems.
The hosting pipeline guarantees 99.9999% uptime, and has a record of 100% uptime over the past three years.
All records are backed up to a physically distant location with the same level of security, and all media and archived data files are backed up to a publicly inaccessible server space allocated on Amazon S3 for that purpose.
All financial transactions are completed over 128-bit secure SSL certificates, and no financial information (credit card data, PIN codes, etc.) are stored on our servers.
Access & Compatibility
The entire system is build for high accessibility. Page frames are built using standard and compliant HTML and Cascading Style Sheets with an absolute minimum of JavaScript. The inner workings for the program are served as Flash, which is available in 98% of browsers and prompts fast download of a free plugin when not available.
