ComposerSuite Pricing Plans and Options
Welcome to ComposerSuite, our oldest and perhaps dearest product. ComposerSuite was developed in the late 1980's to meet the needs of appraisal firms seeking to easily store, find, and display or print comparables sales and lease data.
Since then, ComposerSuite has become a mainstay at banks, mortgage companies, and development firms. In two decades, ComposerSuite has come a long way, and thanks to the Internet is available online via computer, on the airwaves through smart phones and wireless PDAs, and offline via a self-contained network version.
ComposerSuite manages your comparable data via a simple, user-frindly interface; provides powerful search and filtering tools; includes state of the art printing methods; and not only imports data fom third parties such as IDX providers, but also exports data for easy sharing with other offices you work with.
Pricing Plans
ComposerSuite is offered in plans to suit every size business, from single appraiser practices to nationwide lenders. There are no minimum commitments and you may upgrade or downgrade at any time through your online administration desk.

Self-Hosted Application Plan
We also offer a plan which provides you with a fully-functioning system on an IBM rack-mount server for deployment at your office or hosting facility.
The set-up cost is $5,800, and a monthly fee is put toward monitoring the application health, pushing updates, and providing maintenance and support as needed.
We will gladly send our technicians to your hosting facility to set up the server and get you up and running with the system. Onsite installation costs depend on the install location and will be quoted prior to deciding on an install date.

Our developers will gladly work with you to provide data exchange services with your proprietary data services, tie in to your legacy systems, or create custom reports to meet your company's and your clients' needs.
